In today's Messianic/Hebrew Roots circles, there are many teachings going around that seek to point out the Hebraic background of the New Testament. One such teaching states that when Paul called himself a "tent maker" that he was actually implying that he made Tallits. However, is this true? Is this the proper way to understand his statement, in its Jewish setting?
